Educational
Qualification:
Staff
Nurse : Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent,
have registration as Nurse, ANM.
Junior
Staff Nurse : 10th pass from a recognized board with Certificate
Course in Auxiliary Midwife from a recognized Institute.
Personal
Assistant : University Degree and minimum speed of 120 wpm in
Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typing in English.
Lower
Division Clerk : 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a
recognized Board or University, A Typing speed of English with
relevant experience.

Scale:
Staff
Nurse, Personal Assistant : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Junior
Staff Nurse : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Lower
Division Clerk : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Selection
Process: Through written test/ interview.
Application
Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- in the form of Demand Draft
drawn in favour of “The Director, National Institute for Research
in Tuberculosis, Chennai” and payable at Canara Bank, Egmore
Branch, Chennai. No need to pay application fee by SC/ ST/ PH/
Ex-Servicemen/ Women Candidates.
